Editing Decision list and Editing Evidence 26/11/12

Filming 
We have not been able complete the filming because the actors are not available and the weather is too wet for forest shoot (heath and safety)  We will finish shooting cluing catch up period later.

Editing
I have started my own edit of the footage to fit the music Jackie and Naomi will do their own version.

Editing 
I used Sony Vegas Pro 10.0 and After Effect for editing and making effects. Here are some screen shots of my editing process.

Music Video Shoot 20/11/12

The actor arrived and read their scripts and started the shoot at lunchtime. The actors were really good and we got the footage quite quickly. We also took extra still photo's to use to cut in with the footage later. We shot at 4 locations inside the college and also in the underground car park. We took turns with the cameras and all had a go.

The actors had to go so we wrapped up for the day. We plan and finish on Wednesday if fine but if not it will be next Monday. These are photos stills of the footage we shot today.

Time is running out 19/11/12

Joined with Jackie and Naomi to work on the production of their music video. They gave me a copy of their production pack so I could get t to know their idea. I listened to the track which had quite a solid beat. I looked at the lyrics to find out what the song was about.

They want to make the style of the movie similar to One photo hour. This mean lots of quick cut to the beat.
I will help the group film the production and then I will get a copy of the footage to do my own edit.

My editing need to match the brief and inspiration in the pre-production pack.

Shoot it out music video project cancel.

We have had to abandon making the music video for shoot it out because 2 of our group have not been to college for 2 weeks, They have not booked the location for the shoot and we can't contact the band.

I am going to join another group for production and post-production. The new music video is for "time iss Running out" by Muse.

Production Journal 5/11/12

5/11/12:

• We have no filming this week
• The group finished the pre-production pack and submitted it to Scott. 
• The off-site form was completed.copy was given to Scott 
• The shooting schedule was printed off and given to Scott so that he would be able to find our group at any time.

12/11/12

• We should filming this Wednesday. 
• All the pre-production is complete and we are scheduled to film on 14/11/12 from 4 -7:30pm.
• This was cancelled because we didn't know we needed a tutor with us. No tutor is free till next week.
• We  have to rescheduled the shoot for the same time on 21/11/12. Ginny will check that the band is available
